My mom(Leo) has been exploiting my mentally handicapped sister(Sagittarius), and elderly grandma for years. My mom is a covert narcissist. I recently had communication with them, and I decided to record my mom. She gave it all away in her own words. On tape. I've been the black sheep and scapegoat of the family as long as I can remember. Like I have the ability to possibly put her behind bars with her own words and actions. Decades she has gotten away with her verbal, mental, physical abuse. Now I must learn how to proceed to clean up this puke, without further damaging my heartbroken family, and i can feel my dad and maternal grandfather guiding me...spot on. Much Love and gratitude

You do realize your mother is then in pain, carrying it to be inflicting it? It's trauma. Likely early childhood trauma. She didn't get that way by herself. She needs to forgive whomever, in her head, in order to be able to release it and then, healing can flow in. Whomever did her wrong, was also, put in the same shoes they in turn, put her in. More often than not it's patterns, cycles of generational abuse. Someone knows what happened to her. Asking her directly, would require having to be ULTRA careful in your words bc her shadow could rise in rage. Possibly dangerous. Have you ever just asked her simply, "Who has deeply hurt you?" It could all come out in one great flooding. Maybe ask your grandmother to spill the tea, NOT in front of your mother. Gage her reaction. There is always answers; may require a shovel. I'm sitting with a difficult confronting truth Heck yeah it's not an easy path in this physical body. I have to say I had a love situation in the beginning of June that did freak me out caused me to pull back.
