Well I signed up yesterday to do a certificate which will take three months. I can extend to a diploma but I don’t need to as I have other qualifications. I’m not far off 70 so most people think I’m nuts. I also joined a gym. I’m going the full hog, new career and new body. It’s never too late.

Hi Rhea, I just wanted to share how much my husband and I enjoy your readings. It is as if spirit is speaking to us directly through you. I am forever the victim as Pisces are prone to do. After many of your readings. I have been doing meditation to connect with my inner child to ask directly about any feelings that have been suppressed. I have been setting very clear intentions about leaving behind and forgiving any past issues. I don't usually get direct messages after meditation but later in the day or days later, I will all of a sudden get a clear message surrounding a memory and how I felt at the time. I did a meditation to speak directly to my inner child and asked to leave behind many of the issues that constatly come up. In my case I've already lost the weight, or a good portion of it. 3st 10lbs so far (52lbs for Americans). A bit more to go but I'm getting there with a strict keto diet coupled with intermittent fasting. As far as the "letting go" goes, for me it's letting go of the mentality of victimhood to illness. So the victim mentalities card is very appropriate to me. The illness hasn't gone, and likely never will, but I refuse to be a victim to it anymore. I'm much more positive these days. Yes I have to be realistic about what I can physically do, and likely always will be as it won't ever be that much, but I'm working hard on at least being positive about the things I CAN do.
