Which stroller has a more upright position for bubs? I know lots of strollers seem to lack a fully upright position so using them for a high chair replacement isn't great. thanks

They both are around the same size. The City Mini GT2 has a wider storage basket but the Valco Baby has a deeper basket. It is important to note that the City Mini GT2 provides access to the under-seat storage basket from the front of the stroller (lifting up the adjustable footrest) the Valco Baby only provides back access.

I thought in the other GT2 video you said the GT2 could carry up to 65lbs each.

Thanks you that review was great. I had my mind set on the city mini now. I’d like the valco , I don’t like it folds forward making it to wear our feet will be on the bottom… but it is 24 pounds that’s the winner for me.
