PISTACHIO NUT BUTTER RECIPE

Pistachio nut Butter is a spreadable foodstuff made by grinding Pistachio nuts into a paste. The result has a high fat content and can be spread like true butter, but is otherwise unrelated. Here, Sugar is used for sweetness & oil for viscosity. It can be made just with Pistachio & with no oil.
Ingredient
Pistachio - 1 cup
Boiling Water - to soak Pistachio
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
One can reduce that amount of Oil, if it is easy to grind the nut in a grinder.

Hey can I use ghee instead of oil. 🤔😋

According to me, oil is a better option than Ghee for this recipe.
