Angle wrist like it’s going to be when you are at full extension when your hand is at your side. As soon as the muzzle clears point the muzzle at the center of the target and press it in a straight line to follow. Going fast is more observing where you hit and not confirming what sights are. You have to have a really polished index and you are just timing the draw to what you know you can do and observing the hit by calling the shot by watching the sights.

Looking pretty good there Live4Wild. It's always good to practice getting proficient with the reloads but don't spend a ton of time on it just yet. In most competitions you probably wouldn't be doing a "dead foot" reload anyway. I would do like Rob and Humble advised and also try placing a target at 5, 10,15, and 20 yards. Shoot this array to get accustomed to seeing how the distance changes your splits with double taps on them. All holding the A zone of course. Good video.

Looking good! When I was on the pistol team, I would go to a dark place while in a standing position, I would drop empty mags and reload empties. I was looking to load and use hand retention. It was feel not sight. It was kinda like combat loading a 12ga. riot gun while still on target.

One of the biggest things I see is you leaning to the gun try to bring the gun to the center it will help with acquiring the front sight better and faster, lots of dry fire practice of drawing bringing the gun out of the holster and turning the wrist like humble said so you can push straight out. nice job brother!
@FatManLeather5 жыл бұрын
I'm no expert but it seems to me that everyone needs to find what will work for them naturally by practicing and making small changes. Every time you change something you need to practice it. Lots of practice and dry fire. When I was shooting USPSA I would shoot about 10,000 a year practicing and trying to get better.
