I find it incredible not only that you made, and beat such an incredibly difficult hack, but that you also managed to completely break your own creation. I have deep respect for TASers that can accomplish such feats. I can only hope to someday reach the level of knowledge and skill required to beat these TAS only hacks. Great run

The corner tile that connects two slope tiles together requires your y speed to be negative in order for it to register you on it (similar to any other block, except that the corner tile only checks collision on one area). If your y position pattern matches up with your x position pattern just right, you can skip the collision of the corner tile with a well-executed jump, and jump through the slope.

I actually forgot to mention that in the description. Any attempts to end the level early were made, and failed. This one fails because the tile is not in the correct location for me to duplicate wings. There is also spawning a goal tape from a pokey in the room after the yoshi transition room towards the end, which ends up killing you. Also, I do remember being paranoid with breaks like that when I made the hack way back when and I'm pretty sure that I blocked off the yoshi wings exit so that the player would die as soon as he got there (I would check it with rlm but it glitches up the rom).

Some smw hack breaks make you think "wow fail". What does it feel like when you realize you're the hack creator?

It actually makes me realize how far I have come in my knowledge of the game. When I made this hack when I first started publicly releasing rom hacks, I was sure that it was completely break-free. But now, I can look at it and see just how broken it really is. If this was recently made, though, yes I would feel like a failure :P
