I'm a Texas ref. On here to figure this out in 9/2022. The problem that I was taught in 2020/2019 is that the defenders leave the lineout before it is over and then are in an offside position.. Additionally its not in the spirit of the game. So we've been coached to NOT award the defenders. Additionally, there is too much for an amateur ref to watch. I'm on here trying to get an update. this video is 2014.
