Great watch . Looking forward to next season. The teams coming down aren't as strong and we have done fantastic without a striker. To be fair Leeds and Southampton earned their places at Wembly by accumulating a lot more points than WBA and Norwich. The game itself reminded me of when we played Wolves. Not quite good enough and our mistakes were punished due to their quality. All the best until next time.

It's a shame fans feel the need to invade the pitch after winning a semi-final play-off when it's only half the job done. My own club fans did it which I find embarrassing if I'm totally honest. After a season of up and down results I thought it was a good statement of intent that the players battled to reach the play-offs. I'm sure the players will realise that they didn't give enough effort at stages during the season which will hopefully help them improve further next season with a few new additions. West Brom fans will certainly do their part getting behind the players. Now the players need to step up next season and do their part giving maximum effort and focus to honour themself's and the shirt they are privileged to wear.

It was a great atmosphere in the stadium. St Mary's was rocking. Watching this it looked pretty good in the away end as well (but I couldn't hear that much we were so loud!). Shame that fans invaded the pitch at the end. There was no need for those idiots Saints fans to start baiting you lot at the end as well. Good luck next season (unless we are still there with you of course !).

Some of your fans were obnoxious at the league game in November, also. After the game then, my son and I waited for the away fans to disperse (then a brilliant 3,200 Albion contingent) and heard the most vile personal abuse aimed at some seated Albion fans, including an old gentleman who was less mobile. Your stewards and policing need to be far more robust. However, Southampton on the pitch deserved the win. No sour grapes on the footballing side. I like the look of Will Smallbone, and you have some strikers who can actually find the net, unlike Albion. We started with a midfielder, Wallace, alone up front and brought on a forward as sub who came from Salford City. Albion have spent £0 on players for over a year and have, on balance, done very well to reach and maintain fifth place. COYB.
