In a recent video reev said one of the reasons arsenal are more of a title contender than Liverpool is because they had to score in the 90+ minute to beat Fulham but yet they have just done the exact same against Luton, they also haven't even played against Liverpool and were only two points ahead of them before the Luton game. I mean, lets be realistic, it was a Raya disaster class and Arsenal not taking enough chances for this to be a 3-4 result. the xG's are 0.5 for Luton to Arsenal's 2.44, that's a major over performance from Luton. Arsenal dominated the ball with 67% possession and it was 6 shots to 23, 4 on target to 9, showing Raya made 1 save... Luton's keeper making 5, some good saves there too. Luton played very well imo, almost did enough to get a point, but they got pretty lucky if we're being honest. It took Raya gifting them 2 goals to even get close to a draw, that's a pretty fair assessment in reality. The double standard on late winners for Arsenal vs other teams is complete BS though, I'm an Arsenal fan and it's clear that if you make a case of this as winners mentality etc then you can't deny that shit to other clubs when they do the same thing lmao.
