really appreciate you guys doing this and all the other videos . it cracks me up when I start speaking language to people and I get that look of pure joy on their face as a white fella is speaking it. I have sheets of paper all over my walls with words , that's how I've been learning

Holi F In indian languages we call "Jana" to people just like them, its mind blowing thinking they never had contact with india far more than 55,000 years yet you can find similar words.

No, they're not related and the word you mentioned is just coincidentally similiar.

In fact, Jana is actually related to the Greek word "Gónos" which means creation. If you don't believe me then there's an aboriginal language with the word for dog being "dog", it's not related to English but both are similar cos phonological changes leads the former to resemble the English one.
