Don't think you will have much choice haha I think if it hasnt rained too much for a couple of days before you should be fine. I was up in Banchory at the end of feb, and some trails were bone dry!

avoid makka pakka too, very steep switchbacks! theres a "new" one just before the Conons red trail, past Jalfrezi, its very good
