And seconds before halftime, BC had a inbounds violation and the referee was standing right in front to see it and didn’t call it. And don’t say well that was only a few seconds. Bruh, almost every single weekend there is a top 25 team taken down by an unranked team in college football. I got some unreliable numbers when I searched, but sometimes they go years without a ranked team NOT being taken down by unranked that weekend. Basketball just plays a lot more games. Ranking the teams matters WAY more in college basketball, but its still kind of a general thing. Once you add in stuff like random teams winning smaller conference tournaments and getting in, rankings kind of go out the window. Its just that a single loss doesn't cost you your chance at a National Championship season.

I knew my team was overrated but this was embarrassing. This is not a traditional Duke basketball team and we don't even have a true center. Recruiting was a fail this year considering there's the transfer portal. If you have the brand Duke and you can't even get a decent center to commit then you're having problems recruiting. And I'm a little concerned because Mitchell and Proctor did not develop in their time here under Scheyer and Stewart and T.J. Power have not developed this year. Also it seems like the players are getting hurt like last year and this year. I'm even concerned about their strength and conditioning coach. One of our freshmen guards seems distracted with social media and painting finger nails. It's going to be a long year for Duke basketball. I remember saying after losing to Georgia Tech earlier in the year Duke would probably lose 9-11 games. They've already lost four games and they've only played the lower half of the ACC. They're going to lose twice to UNC, NC State, Wake Forest, FSU, once in the ACC tournament and once in the NCAA tournament. And I'm sure just like pit they're probably going to lose to a couple of other teams that they shouldn't lose to. This will be a double-digit loss team.
