It takes five seconds for a player to bleed out. In the example of Map 1, with 7 second respawns, that's a full 12 seconds you take a player out the game.

Rise was playing all together at a facility with lan cables that 1 ping makes a big difference otherwise you have to predict the spot they are because of ping. Old gears 3 dedicated servers and ping wasn't an issue. Everyone 0 ping things end up different.
