The I-70/76 interchange is an odd one on the interstate highway system. Hopefully PaDOT upgrades that one

2:00:37 I'm just looking at all the massive amounts unnecessary congestion on the other side of the road all because Pennsylvania doesn't want to do what needs to be done by eliminating the Breezewood Interchange disaster.
