From watching the video it seems as though the downtown area has great architecture but is in need of a major makeover. Many of the storefronts look old and tired, but was surprised to see a Target downtown and other retail.

Mainly partly cloudy and sunny days in summer. Fall and winter is partly cloudy /cloudy and cold with more snow appearing in January and February. March Through April cold/cool with rainy days.
