Lifelong Steeler fan living here in Tampa Fl. area. The Bucs basically did the same rebuild plan on their offensive line and results went from perennial bottom 5 to top 5 run game. It can be done with good coaching.

Steelers need a solid 9 offensive line players. The backups have to be maulers as well. Youth and Veteran mixture would work well here. We need two dynamic rb, wr’s, and another all around playmaking te. Plus bring back Fields, a rookie, and Tyrod Taylor to be fields backup. Fix that Cb room with 2 length, wisdom, playmakers, and good tacklers. A more effective Db to guard Te and slot Wr. Upgrade the Dl with run stuffers who can also be effective pass rushers as well. Upgrade that middle linebacker room with a big play middle linebacker who can play the pass and run. Bring some youth and playmaker to S to replace Kazee.

You can't You can't win. Nothing with a defensive coach they have now. You can't give up 20, 25 30 points a game and say you are an elite defense. It don't have to be a rocket scientist to know this, so if you're getting really excited, don't be. You'll only be let down as we all are every year and I am a big big Steeler fan for a very very very long time

I think Justin Fields will be the Best out of the lot he's younger can run the ball. Arnold is pretty decent I think. But you have have to remember he had two quality wide receivers to catch the ball plus a very good tight end

Continue to try to win now. Cam and TJ won't be playing much longer. I don't like what's on the current market for QBs. Keep Fields and Russ, if they willing to work together. Sign them both 2-3 years. Get a better RB, TE, WR to compliment Pickens, if still on this team. If they trade Pickens, they need something to replace the production he brings. Najee is a good solid back, but not getting us across the goal line. He's too slow to the edges. We need help with run game. If we can't run, we can't pass. Justin brings a dynamic that can work but we need to commit to run.

Bring back Mike Williams, trade Pickens unless he makes great strides. If not bring in Tee on a 4-5 year deal. No drama, professional and a true #1. OL is good if healthy. Agree on big NT, D hasn’t been truly dominant since Hampton retired. You’re not getting a true franchise QB unless you’re picking early and this year’s QB’s suck, so go with Fields.

The only thing they will be competing with Fields as a QB is for the last spot in the division with the Browns.
