Really, the truth is, this monkey was abandoned here and attacked by multiple monkeys in the troop that lives in this area. This is where Sovana troop lives. It's left foot is injured, its tail is broken at the base and there's swelling all around the mouth and face. It was probably being fed by some VO in order to cause conflict. They'll feed newer abandoned monkeys and not the rest to make them jealous so they'll attack! Never trust the captions for these videos!!! This footage could be many years old and reposted after it lost popularity. They do this all of the time too!

Exactly. Super glue. If they thought they were saving him from being attacked by the larger ones, since he had no clue of wild jungle monkey edicate whatsoever and with how aggressive he was around the food plate, I think the idea was good but the outcome was a fail. Someone gave him way too much. Sadly, he was doomed either way, but at least he wouldn't die from a vicious attack. 😔
