If the vacant land is for investment purposes you can go for Precaste compound wall. If planning to construct in 2 - 3 years you for solid block or brick compound wall

We constructed the wall using metall sheets and aluminium pipes as holders, we can unscrew them also. So we can avoid entry of insects, small creatures.

Why have a narrow setback? As an engineer, you should advise a minimum set back of 2-3 feet, to the client. This PVC sheet is not going to protect the house and can be damaged easily.

Do you think we are not doing it? People with narrow plot wanted to utilise maximum with minimal space for plumbing and ventilation, despite our advices. So there is no choice. Yes, Pvc sheet is not going to protect the house, we have window grill for that. It is provided to visually act as a fencing by providing extra space to move around in that narrow setback.

We spoke with the jj company which you mentioned they are charging 5600/- per sheet sized 8 x 4, that is 175/- sq ft. Now Can you explain how we are costing too much ?
