Update: 1. Now body text also contains the text "Report for (field name) - (item name) 2. If Outlook is not running, email option will be inactive. 3. We now use a different method of sending mails. You should see less or no security warnings. 4. Any customization to the email content can be done by modifying the Outlook send mail code.

@efficiency365 Hi Doc, I have downloaded the Addin and working fine. If possible to add the Subject Section would be really helpful. Instead the Email goes blank Attachment.

@@efficiency365 I mean the Mail Body is blank the Receiptient might not aware what is ther in the attachment. If there is provision to mention as below. "Hi Team Pls find Canada Sales Region Data for your Refernce."

@@vmmohan08 Done. File updated. Uninstall previous add-in. Download the new XLSM file and try. The links remain the same. Now the email body will not be blank.
