Example in Cricket :- India is 50/9 , Dhoni and Mohammad Siraj are batting, India need 100 runs to win in 30 balls left. So my question is do you still bet on India side winning thinking Dhoni would win the match?????? Experts would never bet on India side. Hence Never buy an option for 1 lakh which is trading at Rs 1 which is highly likely to become zero at the end of trading. On very rare and rare and rare cases Rs 1 option becomes 100. Just for that jackpot ,option buyer never keep on buying Rs 1 options for 1 lakh on every expiry day

Even if you catch such trade you wont be able to book profit as price dumps also fast. It;s a pure spike. Only algo can enter exit so quickly

Same strategy i have been using in stock trading, I used to mark the range of the market during the consolidation period before 2:00pm or 2:30pm and I used go with the breakout side. Rule No. 1 Should not enter if the range during the consolidation is high Rule No. 2 On the same day during the initial hours of market, It must have a good spark.

Sir ihave doubt. We know its going to spike, we know that why a buyer bought, but why a seller sell the option at high and giving an exit. Yes one option may be seller taking there SLs but all the sellers in this scenario are actually booking there SL only. There is no new Sellers.? Or this buyers sellers market depth everything is is just a gimmicks in the systems. I like to understand. Kindly help to understand
