Approx 30 lakhs is an investment to do this trade. Sir is very confident in profit since he sells CE, anyhow premium will decay due to expiry. His knowledge and strategy are very good, Only problem is for retailers who are buying options. When you buy options CE or PE you cant wait in patience since volatility erases value. You can see this in this video session itself. This is a fact for buyers.

The key I feel is that near to expiry, you trade the next weeks option series rather than the current week. Yes, premiums would be high but if you buy ITMs and set a wider SL, there is still a good chance of making it on trending days. The key is to avoid sideways days.

One of the best price action class forever. As you start your view for marking day high & low , value of position S/R (support & Registance) , CPR & Pivout point level, RRR( Risk reward Ratio), Proper Position sizing, your entry and exit logic. Market View -You begin explain very smartly Nifty & Bank Nifty both as compare with market trend (Trend is your friend ). If bearish trend sell on High at Registance, If trend is bullish buy on dip at support. Entry- Candle is also important at this level you take entry bearish morubazu candle below the CPR act as Registance. Stoploss -Fix your stoploss at proper technical level above the candle High or above Registance level. RRR- (1:2 ) You explain how we maintain it as point level . 17 point : 34 point (1:2). Position Sizing- it could be maximum 1-2% about per trade. If you deploy 1cr then your SL is maximum 1-2 lakh. you smartly minimise your SL according to your Technical level point. Target View- look free zone for your target. there will be no any hurdles in between entry and target level. Free & smooth area for your target Move. Phychology- You show when you take entry, first fix your SL in system. Target on chart. Don't look your profit & loss . Sit tight and believe your process not profit. Because when price move and come closer your SL level, your loss is increasing but you maintain your Mind. Accept price move, believe your process & never exit the trade . Sir Ji, got 2 questions. Please help 1) Do stop loss hunting strategy really exists. If so can we find direction with this. 2) Do Nifty really follow Bank nifty. If so can we use Bank nifty to trade Nifty.

1. Stop loss hunting may or may not exists. It really depends upon how volatile the market is. When the market is highly volatile, then it’s not easy to find direction, and hence market will try to crack both sides giving the impression of stop loss hunting. It’s all your mindset really and how you gauge the market. 2. Nifty follows bank nifty and bank nifty follows nifty. It’s a circle. Hence you cannot trade it the way you are thinking.

Mostly all CPR indicators works the same. You can use anything. I use a custom made tradingview indicator which shows CPR and Pivot level before the market opens.

What I learned from this video is that this trade was profitable because you sold the option . If you had bought option it would have easily easily hit SL. so the key point is 1.to identify whether to sell or buy option 2.Have enough capital to sell or buy 3.high theta decay and low momentum - chose option selling 4.wait for the trade to come to you 5.know how much you are willing to lose in a trade

Sir how you calculated your stop loss points “17”, was it based on option chart or some other calculations.

Based on his Position size. He went to trade with risking 25000 INR with an aim of 50000 INR. And for that he went with 1500 units. Now Divide 25000 by 1500. And you will get about 17 Points. The double of this, means 34 points was his target.
