Those forms for not just them but even the priest are not Canon. So they showed you how strong each new form was by letting it win certain battles but also losing others. From ssj to mui with wings and a halo. Plus a ssjb gogeta beats broly. So I'm inclined to believe a master mui angelic gogeta with wings is definitely something Uber powerful. So yes I would say the power scale here was Excellent
