This just validates everything for me. The way that I have explained it is like watching a tv show and someone comes and switches the channel briefly, and you get a few seconds to see and recognize what your seeing, and then the channel switches back. And yes, once you process this small amount of info, not only do you “feel” what they were feeling but you see through THEIR eyes what happened.

Everything he said is so true I've been having spirits around me since I was a child and I just thought it was normal.. First person I saw was my grandfather and I threw something at him because I thought I was having a bad dream. Then as I've gotten older it's gotten stronger to the point where people come to me all the time and I don't know who these ppl belong to but I've been trying to ignore them and I can't. I want to do this to connect with a dearly departed friend of mine who passed away last year. Truthfully, this man was my soulmate I met 13 years ago, but we lived in different states. I’ve predicted many things as a child and freaks out my parents. Things I couldn’t possibly know. I predicted when I was going to get into a car crash and how months in advance. When I was 14 years I started doing intensive yoga at night, prior to retiring and in the morning as I awoke. The last pose I did was the "dead" pose, lying on my back, with my palms up--which takes a real effort to maintain. This effort was a bridge to my mind being fully alert while my body was fully asleep. It was referred to as "conscious sleep" in Paramahansa Yogananda's book, "Science of Religion". From that point I became extremely tuned into spiritual forces, which I could feel in my hands. This lasted only a week or so, as I discontinued this herculean effort (it seemed). I was chanting a well-known Hindu Chant morning and night, and began to feel extraordinarily intimate with the chant--I felt I was "one" with it. It is like knowing a song so well, if you were in a choir, that you are simply "spot on". At this point I heard a voice speak to me. It was a strong voice, a direct voice and an inner voice. "Do you want power?" I hemmed and hawed, and gave my response. Later that night I went to visit a friend who was Moslem, and he took me to his mosque and we went through the prayer. I found it wonderful in that you feel such comraderie with the other males in the mosque, praying with them, shoulder to shoulder. We then went back to his house and finally I left. When I got home, I sat at my living room couch, and a book, by Paramahansa again, was on the coffee table. I felt an energy come from the book, directly into my heart, which opened like a lotus flower. And I was momentarily filled with divine love, from my head to my toes. It was extraordinary and unmistakeably divine. From then on, my dreams were psychic and my energy was actually transmuting into divine energy. While many things happened, I did seem to have the capacity to communicate with family members who passed on. Both my sister and mother's remains are interred at a local church. When I visited some years back, I heard my sister laughing at my singing, in a very childish manner which she would do; when I enquired some weeks later why I hadn't heard from my mother, some time later, maybe a few days or a week or two, I felt a very warm feeling of comfort, the same feeling I had when I was sick and my mother would come to my bed and comfort me. It was unmistakeable. Just a story...but true.

@@studymate8469 yes, do yoga before sleep and after wake up, gradually you will remember your dreams and finally function in them. Read "Science of Religion" by Yogananda and buy a book on yoga postures, study the dead pose for night. Hard to maintain but eventually you will do it.

My grandfather used to tell us ( his grandkids) ghost stories that he experienced when we were kids and for some reason I was the only one who always wanted to hear more and more so the night he died I had a very vivid dream of him and my cousins and I and he said Kee( that’s what he called me short from my name) y’all my grandkids and I love y’all and I’m going to miss y’all, y’all be careful playing on that car( in the dream my cousins and I were playing on my Aunt’s car) but I took it as us being careful period. And from that night I dreamt about him 2-3-4 times a week for about a year and the dreams always felt so real and the last dream I had of him I was scared in the dream and was crying and i woke up crying very hard and I didn’t dream about him again until about 30 years later but in that dream he only nodded his head, smiled, and winked his eye but those dreams were real cause nobody can make themselves dream of anyone and to dream about them 2-3-4 times a week naw that’s not going to happen even if you tried and I have tried to make myself dream about him and it won’t happen 🤷🏿‍♀️

I don’t have a grandfather who was in any of those 🤔 I also have only ever received precise information from a medium many many years ago. Others just haven’t done it. Yet on quite a few occasions I have spoken to and received messages from loved ones and also other people. I always ask for something to clarify what the message is by giving me something only they and the other person would know. Every time it’s correct and I’m still as surprised myself. Those who I do give any messages to from a person passed, they received with love because they are sent with love. I don’t charge as I don’t practice as my job. I am just a messenger.
