@Gregory Monlouis it depends on what I'm doing. If I stay on wifi and only do light things that aren't battery intensive I can get through an entire day no issues. If I'm on mobile data the entire day, using the camera, listening to music, streaming video, using Bluetooth headphones, using navigation, calls, etc then it doesn't last an entire day. Maybe 10-12 hours before it's dead. I have no complaints about the call quality.

I'm surprised at the battery life on the Pixel 5 with 90hz. Amazing phone. If Google priced it at $599 it would've been a hit.

I'm really impressed how the Pixel 4A 5G, regarding its smaller battery than Pixel 5 and having a bigger screen managed to win this challenge. I guess, Pixel 5 went down faster due to its adaptive refresh rate, and It went like in games to 90 Hz. Pixel 4a 5G for the win!

The higher refresh rate on the 4xl helped to drain the battery, as well as the higher resolution, and the fact that its probably been used much more than the others. I think they all did well.

Watching this on my Pixel 4a 5G and I got to say I love this phone, battery life is phenomenal and the display is very good even if its 1080p and performance is great as well even with the Snapdragon 765g I would totally recomend the Pixel 4a 5G to someone thats lookin for a phone that gets the job done and doesnt want to spend much money

This really shows how energy efficient the The Snapdragon 765G is. You're getting last-gen performance, but at much reduced energy consumption. And combined with the bigger battery in the Pixel 5 and 4a 5G, you get beastly battery life. The 4a 5G did a bit better than the 5 because of the 60 Hz refresh rate I'm guessing.

My 4a5G still lasts 8+ hours and with some 10% left on any day. It's eight months old. I switched to it from Samsung Galaxy S10+. Buying this pixel has been one of my best decisions ever.

The Pixel 4XL is year older than the other 3...so its battery has degraded and the other 3 have NEW batteries. Bottom line....this test is not giving the 4XL a fair test. Also the 4XL has the higher end processor running a 90Mhz screen which as you know is HARD on the battery vs the other models. Frankly the 4a surprised me running a lower end processor at only 60Mhz.

Very revealing test, my take is let’s not forget the pixel 4xl has a much more powerful chipset which draws a large amount of power from the battery and aside from the recent phones a having much lesser chipset it could be a case where the pixel 5,4a5g, 4a we’re enjoying a larger battery, special features that preserve the battery coupled with the mid-range chipset to ensure they have long lasting batteries.

Lucky for people in US that google put this phone on sale under Google Fi. I already got my phone anyway and its a beast. The camera totally mind blown. You never regret using pure stock android.

Yeah I know right and you can set a specific percentage for the extreme battery saver to come on if you have that on when blocking some apps you easily get about 2 days depending on how much you really use it, it's great 😄

But the 4a5g is sos much better, great ultra wide lens, great screen, smootness, pure android.... Amazing video aprovement. And I get 8-9 SOT out of it. Lasts me easy 1,5 days. I love my Pixel 4xl so much but the battery is actually bad. But if the Battery was Amazing it would be the best phone on earth putting everyone out of the market lol. That's literally the only flaw I've ever found with this phone for a whole 2 years. It's perfect. I'm gonna skip the 5 and go straight to the 6 Pro. Pixel is in fact the best android phone.

Definitely the Pixel 4a 5g. Great battery life, solid performance, and good cameras. The Pixel 5a is the exact same but with wireless charging I think. The Pixel 5 is great if you want more RAM and a better screen.
