I've used both apple music(student offer) and tidal(modded)....I was enjoying the songs using my oppo enco air 3 pro.But I was skeptical about how apple's song are encoded so I tried ripping those songs from apple music. Then download panni pathen poweramp la it showed alac nu also it played fine. But there were some compatibility issues. That's how I came to know the hi res songs in apple music are encoded in alac nu. But tidal is far more superior 192khz sample rate.

I forgot to mention I'm using Blon-bl 03 with IFI USB C DAC(As you have mentioned I have also many 24bit 192khz files and I have been listening to them using this IEM)so I can accept your claim that bluetooth audio transmission is not entirely hires nu. Also it not entirely a false claim among brands as ldac reaches 24 bit of bit depth and 96khz of sample rate so it's technically hi res audio thaan. I accept your statement about bit rate, yes it is far more superior in offline files nu. I know we can't listen to entirety lossless tracks in streaming but that's not the point here. I hope you would have got my point. I guess Siva bro can give an much more clear answer.
