@PixelGamingCoc bro i started playing this game from 2014. From my experience i feel like eagles altery has its own iconic position among defences. There are many powerful defences like monolith,scatter etc but still egle altery has it own stand. Merging egle altery with townhall is a worst idea because from every position of a base eagle altery is a trauma for every players as it has a larger impact in defensive side. Merging townhall with eagle altery with townhall made it more easier beacuse of its range of 12 tile and damage reduction. Now onwards players only need to take down one building instead of 2. Instead of merging they can add a mini version of eagle altery within townhall as its defence.
