Can pixels team work on that suggestion given below "Before banning any person you should warn that particular account holder by giving a pop up warning msg that you r doing illegal in particular type of domain , it can be multiaccount, it can be abusive language in game, it can be multiple illegal coins trade etc I think that kind of approach is more appropriate legal, rather arrest someone without telling him what the crimes he has done Offcourse it is obvious if you ban someone he has definetly breaks the rules... But many people in web3 environment all over the world are not familier to English language and they have a lack of knowledge regarding what are the rules... I thing best approach is first warn them, if they don't notice or take that warning seriously then suspend them from 1 to 3 days period of time with a cause why they have suspend By this even a person who don't know english he/she would search it out what the issue is, eventually he understand the rules But even after suspension that type of activities are still going by him then it should be banned.... I don't know why you r not taking these kinds of steps perhaps it requires more people to hire, whatever i don't know But make this game more professional😜
