You Know is the best band when they play with barely none interruptions in between as fading as a storm in the night with little showers. I mean the drums are as tight that it seems he gets close the snare micro seconds before is played. The Middle part just when Frank uses the acoustic guitar after gouge away is sort of Enjoyable. Makes me wanna go to listen to its new staff. You french guys are so lucky, i wish they could come to Perú by the time all this politic chaos ends so I would recover my job into the Tourism industry, everything, everywhere all at once. Their new album 'Doggerel' is fantastic, bittersweet and varied, full of hooks, really inspired. It's the best of their 4 new albums (and all of them are great!)

I saw them two weeks before this in Groningen in the Netherlands. Similar size hall totally sold out and packed. Loved the old hits but some new fire 🔥 in the belly with Human Touch and the especially beautiful title track Doggerel. Played both when I saw them too

The title track to Doggerel is beautiful. Doesn't sound like much to begin with but when it gets going you want Charles and Paz to never stop singing the chorus ending and Joey soloing. Straight after Gouge Away too. And Human Touch right after Wave fourth track in. Already a classic in the set. Saw them in Groningen two weeks ago similar sized hall and totally packed and sold out. People still love them. Old and young.

I've seen them in Lisbon 3 days before this act. Amazing concert and beautifully filmed! Pixies showed risk in performing songs and covers from other than the sacred 4 albums! Pax is a perfect fit in! And all the band care is about music - it's the most important thing! Merci Arte!

I attended the show on the 15th. Electric crowd. It’s rare these days when you see “Black Francis’ smile during a show but I caught him cracking a smile at least 3 different ti,es during the concert. L’Olympia is a true mosh pit. The floor feels like you’re standing in a boxing ring, the way it shakes. Easy on my old man knees.

OMG!!! I’ve been praying that they’d eventually get “Haunted House” and “Get Simulated” into their set list. I’d just about given up hope and figured that it would have been too difficult to pull them off live due to the amount of overdubs the studio versions have, yet here they are! I’m just now watching this show for the first time since it aired and I can’t wait to hear how those tunes come off. Praying that Taurus pedal of Paz’s will accurately replicate that delicious fuzzy bass tone on “Simulated”!
