thanks Mel..I always try to pass along these simple things because if they tip me up then I know someone could run int them. missing these steps and tools would have made me very sad because I would have lost a few nights of data because it would not cross talk with each other..not great for someone in Ohio lol

Yes always osc. 2600mc. I’ve been playing with other peoples mono data and it has less annoying issues like no background color noise but I’m learning a lot about fixing that. Also heard that noise exterminator newest ai will be focusing on it more. So from that point the mono is easier to play with but the cloudless nights are the issue. Nobody has ever really sold me on the time savings they speak of. The qe of these new sensors are so good it’s not so big s difference I dot. Think.

@@easyastroimages5818 I agree. I'm also starting to believe that calibration frames are not required because of modern low noise cameras, superb optics, drizzle and processing software. We will see how...
