Man... by following the steps from your great tutorial, I've realized that the Oil Paint effect works as an amazing noise reduction tool! I’ve been using it on high-res RAW images shot in low light with high ISO, and it does an incredible job with Stylization set to 1.0 and Cleanliness set to 3.0.

@@Pixivu The only issue I have is the Face-Aware Liquify, it does not detect my face and I do not know why. I have Photoshop 2020 **EDIT:** Figured out how to fix! Edit > Preference > Performance > Use Graphics Processor

I followed all steps but when I import a new image inside the smart object and press CTRL+S for update the effect, the green progress bar doesn't appears and my photoshop 2021 does not permit me to save the smart file with formats *.PSD, *.PDD, *.PSDT because there are not in the formats options(!?) Please help!

One thing to keep in mind to use all this effects is that your image must be in high quality and you don't need to apply all effects with the same values shown in the video, you'll need to see how your photos look like along the way

I get an error message 'Can't save this document back to its original format . Flatten layers and discard extra data as necessary then choose File> Save again' at the final stage when clicking on CTRL+S to update the effect. The file I am attempting to embed is a jpg and I have tried embedding a psd file with the same results. I've also tried converting the embedded file to a smart object. I'm using Photoshop 2020. Do you have any idea why I can't update the effect?

You can indeed use Liquify with CS6. You can find it under the Filter menu. However, it is an older version and does not support AI recognition of facial parts as shown in this excellent video (which is then subsequently used to your advantage when replacing the original image with a different image as shown in the final 'trick'). Thus, you will have to manually liquify the facial parts as shown, but that is really not an issue if you simply record all these steps as an ACTION and then replay the action with a new image and then manually liquify the face of each new image rather than the easier & quicker photo substitution method as originally shown.
