about the robbery you should not normally let that information out to the public because if robbers know employees will easily cooperate because of their security guidelines they will be tempted to take action

Doesn't really matter, criminals know that any corporate type of location is going to have a policy of letting them get away with whatever they want. Corporation doesn't care if they haul out the good looking blonde with the cash register, they are just worried about making a scene in front of the customers. Hence why these places get robbed a lot, they are easy targets. The local pawn shop by comparison, despite having a lot of valuables in one place, doesn't get robbed much. Why? Well the last time I went in they had 5 employees and every one was strapped (and I'm sure there were more under the counter).
