Itzhak Perlman is absolutely the most wonderful and a gem of a human being! Not only do I appreciate your musicality and virtuosity - but this video! I am reminded of my father, a loving man who started cooking late in life when he started taking care of my mom. For them, it was a complete role reversal but he did it with style and grace. Mr. Perlman, your smile reminds me of my father and how happy he is in the kitchen. This video evokes some wonderful memories of home and family. Thank you!

I met her around 1990 on a VHS concert tape directed by Eugene Ormandy {Tchaikovsky op 35}. I still have it. Since then I have listened to this concert at least once a week and it never ceases to excite me (I'm not a big consumer of classical music). I have listened to several performers playing the same concert, it is not my habit to make comparisons, but the emotions generated by her are unparalleled for me. I don't dwell on compliments or tell her how much you admire her, just thank you for this immense gift. P. S. My pizza is better than yours, I'm Italian. With sincere admiration. Regards.

Your violin MasterClass on MasterClass is one of the best classes on there. Even though I sold my violin many years ago, Classical music will always be alive as part and passed on to the next generation. Thanks for great cooking ideas...i am a lackluster cook but these recipes are do-able for me...not so much do-able with the mandolin that im trying to learn at 76. Btw, i hated classical thus never practiced the piano thompson books, finally, and at long last, via utube clickbait for fiddler which hooked me, then paganini that you did, at long last i am appreciating it. How could I forget to thank you, Maestro, for your recordings of Vivaldi winter largo. They're only joy and transcendence. And even though your playing goes far beyond what learners can hope for, somehow the beauty that you give to this bit of Vivaldi is motivating. Also the smile you share with Zubin Mehta at the end of one of these playings captures, I think, what happens to listeners. It's somehow perfect.
