The creator would have you believe that he tasked the AI with creating a product, branding, and a 2- minute marketing promo. You’re also supposed to believe that ai generated all this footage by synthesizing characters and art styles from its massive library (of stolen content). In reality the creator is hands on in every single shot, every word spoken, and 100% of the editing. The “ai” is merely the equivalent of a filter, that enhances all the carefully chosen clips into dream-like warping. I don’t know why we can’t just be shown real ai videos, which will not contain any funny moments - since ai is incapable of understanding humor enough to create humor. These AI generated commercials unlock some really obscure, stowed away memories in the back of my brain. I have a handful of memories from when I was very young, shortly before acquiring full consciousness, that limbo between reason and oblivion. Whilst my brain was trying to make sense of things around me, the world looked similar to many of these artificial landscapes, the crowds looked more like pulsating masses with limbs, mind you not as erratic as these commercials, but very similar in appearance. I'm willing to suggest completely out of a hunch that maybe AI is going thru a similar development before actually gaining a consince, but I'm not an expert, it's just a freaky thought I had.

I'm just getting into this AI stuff, and some of it is oddly satisfying, some of it terrifying. One great use of it though would be to be able to feed it an old TV show (Knight Rider, A-Team, Air-Wolf, etc) and have it generate new episodes... I think that would be truly amazing. Would love to see how the Max Headroom TV series, Automan, or even the Total Recall 2070 TV series played out with a couple more seasons...

The only solution I've heard so far is that smartphones and cameras can be set to register whatever they record, or information about what they record, on a blockchain, so you can know if the recording was changed or not. Presumably this can be done with the actual video or info still being private unless the person who recorded it makes it public. We might have to try that.
