Pizza Picnic at the Beach, Sunset, & The Best Ever Mickey Mouse Chocolate Chip Cookies! HIWTVI #36

INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup butter
* 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
* 2 eggs
* 2 3/4 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar.
3. Add vanilla and eggs and combine.
4. Fold in flour, baking soda and salt.
5. Mix in 2 cups of mini chocolate chips.
6. Spread cookie dough onto parchment paper liner sheet pan (up to 18x13) and spread cookie dough out evenly in pan.
7. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until middle is set up and edges are golden brown.
9. Let cool and then cut out with Mickey cookie cutter!

Ok I'd LIVE in the Lamplight Lounge and my bedroom would be the private dining room with private patio for my morning coffee! EAT would be Carthay Circle because the ambiance is AMAZING (but I'd love a special pass during Food & Wine, of course!) and RIDE....was hard...I LOVE Goofy's Sky School but Soarin has my heart, probably because my son's first ride experience that was a pure JOY reaction (he's autistic) was on this ride last year and I will never forget it. So incredibly special. By the way this prompted me to go re-watch both of your Lamplight Lounge videos!!! I CANNOT wait to go back...it's going to be EPIC!

Live: redwood creek trail since there’s little tree house like things in there and cool things to go through/climb thru for daily exercise 😂😂 Eat: lamp night lounge since there’s lots of different options and they got double cheese fatty foods and they got healthy foods. Ride: radiator springs racers BUT I would choose grizzly river run if it’s during the summer cause winter is too cold to ride it 😂
