Its the heat meter,it gives new attacks to enemies but its mostly broken.And it gives more points when its full. Also go and buy the real yame now

a fun fact i wanted to share: the september 25th build removed wallclimbing for peppino and the noise EXCEPT for the vigilante. You could only wallclimb when there would be a slope on the wall, and this was the Rework build.

Can't say that I'm a fan of the new UI. How can you tell how fast you're going? Can you turn the heat meter off? Are the three bullets underneath said heat meter supposed to represent lives?

So... The heat meter seems to be a basic mechanic in the game now, however this could change. The bullets are how many bullets Peppino has left in his gun, an alternative attack that can quickly dispose of enemies. More bullets can be picked up from fallen enemies when the gun isn't full. And I do agree that having the speed meter could be useful, however the characters' sprites also tell you well enough (in my opinion at least.)

Im pretty sure there are some leftover stuff for kung fu, pinball and beach in the files. Kung fu seems to have ALL the tiles and collisions, but the second you enter it, it instantly sends you to pinball. Ill try to fix that at some point.
