I'm a legit 90s kid who remembers seeing this all the time on Cartoon Network so you bet this cartoon came to mind when I first learned of Pizza Tower! If this is really is Peppino's or The Noise's backstory, then I'm gonna assume once he broke out of prison, he returned home and beat the ever living shit out of his abusive father and then took up either the identity of Peppino Spaghetti to make sure he never repeats the failure of his youth or became The Noise and developed an unfathomable hatred for pizza due to trauma he still felt due to his failed delivery.
