I'd actually call Peppino's grandson, Peppino Spaghetti III. While it's accurate enough that it's instead of Pappino Spaghetti, but in my headcanon show, The Pizza Tower Show, Peppino has a son named Peppino Spaghetti Jr.

Tbh I think that Fake Peppino cannot age like a human. If Fake Peppino is becoming a grandpa, that will be his last days. His skin becomes more silky and slimey and can turn dry and dehydrated overtime. Fake Peppino will die just like a frog but he will die alone and he can die somewhere (for example his spawn point or somewhere in the tower that is really dark). After he dies, his skin digests itself and his corpse begins to disappear I hope someone agrees with me

Sorry to disappoint you, but I don't think so. Normal ways of physics, anatomy and chemistry don't stand for Fake Peppino. Given his abilities, it's clear that he's born from the synthesis of compounds not yet discovered by the masses. Specifically, something that allows him to deform, reform... and still act like an evolved being (if we can really call it evolution). Maybe who... invented him knew how to create modified forms of life...like monsters. That can have odd abilities and still age like humans. Besides, if Fakey couldn't possibly age, why the Vigilante can? He's literally cheese and slime synthesized together and given life like his peers, the Cheeseslimes. Shouldn't the rule for Fake Peppino apply to him too?
