Pizza tower Scrach Engine Noise build 1.5 (Mini update)

Added Pizzards
Pepperoni Goblins won the poll
Heat meter almost works fully
Optimized the code for killing enemies (only have 1 kill script per AI script from the 1 kill script per Enemy script which sorta lagged)
Stunned enemies
Ground pounding
*ice block (they don't work fully they need some fixing)
More tilesets (strongcold, FFS, Old secret)
Editor Cursor
I'm going to try and add like..? 25 more things and then the build 2 will come I hope :D

hey felic, i noticed a bug. when noise hits a wall, he doesnt wallbounce or climb, he keeps running with the same speed. also, keep doing the game, it looks amazing!
