man i love how different the three unexpectancies we have now are and how they portray their respective characters. peppino is the most stressed man on earth who doesn't want anything from the pizza tower other than for it to leave him alone. his unexpectancy is filled with leitmotifs from the levels, signifying how important it is for him that his journey is over, and also sounds very heroic, triumphant and victorious. he was in his personal hell, but now he's on top and making it out alive. the noise's version, however, has pretty much no leitmotifs from the tower itself (only his own, but it's used very sparsely), and uses instruments that don't sound as heavy as those in peppino's version yet make the song a lot more intense. this journey wasn't really that important for him. he's a murder gremlin, and spreading death and chaos is the norm for him pepperman... well he's himself. he's a douchebag who seems himself as a hero. if you didn't know that this is a remix of unexpectancy, you'd assume this was from a swap au where pepperman is pizzahead. it's so narcissistic because pepperman's leitmotif is all there is in his song, and it sounds heroic, but not in a "finally, i won this!" way like it does with peppino, but in a "oh of course i won this. you wouldn't expect anything else from the perfect pepper" way. absolute genius is the guy who made this, thanks for sharing his work with us

i like how everyone in pizza tower has its own anxiety levels, peppino's is off the charts, pepperman just has a lot when fighting, the noise has little, only when fighting the doise, and even brick has some, when you become gustavo and brick, if you get hurt on the tv its brick freaking the hell out, and the only person that has more anxiety than peppino is a literal forkknife or whatever his name is

I imagine Peppermans phase 3 attack would be an invincible shoulder charge that completely steamrolls anything that gets in his way dealing 4 HP of damage, but leaves him vulnerable at the end. Kinda like Banjos WonderWing attack in Smash

I imagine that his attacks would be less powerful than other phase three attacks, and he would have to use stuff like statues and other objects, to deal as much damage as he can, since he’s probably not powerful enough to do a flurry attack like noise or peppino, as well as his sprites showing that he’s very stressed out

Ok i think this is the moment i should speak up: Nobody noticed how Pizza Granny dialogue about hurting (Char) 10 times basically is kinda of foreshadowing?.... i mean: "If you hurt peppino 10 times, you will go to hell!" Literally! at pizza face phase 3 peppino literally loses it, and might as well send everyone to hell himself.... "If you hurt The Noise 10 times.... nothings happens!" Again, literally, even after all noise had gone through, he brushes it off like it mean't NOTHING to him.

Okay so: Peppino just beats the shit out of bosses. Noise Chucks bombs. Mr Stick has a Revolver at all times. Gustavo and Brick are the same. Vigilante does his dash move when on the ground, and can chuck TNT if the attack is aimed in the air. Fake Peppino acts as a double of Peppino, and thus acts the same. But can also spawn clones, cause why not.

I did not know what to expect, which i guess fits with the name, but wow, this is pretty nice!! it has the energy of OG Unexpectancy, but lacks the absolute cluster-fuck nature of the Noise version, i think one thing that could be improved is more variety with the instruments, the samples are really good too. I can imagine Pepperman's version of the beatdown attack being him either powering up into his big boy form from the demos, OR him running the bosses over with his car from the credits, or just... y'know, fuckin shoulder-bash spamming them, god knows really.
