(Pizza Tower) What can kill Pepper Pizza Peppino? PART 2

after 4 weeks, it's finally here! this'll be the last pepper pizza peppino video i'll be making. i'll still do pizza tower videos after this don't worry, i just don't wanna mainly focus on pepper pizza peppino only. hope you guys understand.

Guys i know the shotguns moves were from the older demos. i just wanna know why it only happens when using the transformation giver mod, why those movesets disappear after shooting one bullet, and why it only happens when grabbing the gun from WAR and CTOP and doesn't occur when you use the transformation giver hotkeys. C'mon guys

Considering there's still some old leftovers of Snick in the final game's code, I'd presume that they weren't that thorough (or didn't care) when it came to removing old stuff that wasn't being used anymore. Somewhere the original Shotgun code's in there, and since Peppino's current action is state-based, the mod must be setting Peppino's state to the _old_ 'standing still with shotgun' state. But, for whatever reason, the old 'fire shotgun' code returns to the _new_ 'standing still with shotgun' state instead, causing it to use the new behavior instead after firing a shot. Not actually sure if it's the real cause since I haven't (and won't bother to) checked the code, but that's how I make sense of it.

I'd presume that the old shotgun is technically still in the game, but usually inaccessible. The game probably gets confused when you grab the shotgun and already have a transformation, and gives you the old shotgun instead of the new one, but realises its mistake when you actually shoot.

well basically the reason why peppino is doing that move is because the shotgun you just grabbed is the old one and press a to shoot but it does this move in sage 2019 plus older builds

The knight transformation can kill Grandpa Pepper only because of the unused Mansion level(known to some as Mozzarella Manor or Meat Lover's Mansion) which had Grandpa Peppers everywhere and the only way to get rid of them is with that transformation and a few other things

The 3 way bullet thing was how the shotgun was originally gonna work, and if i'm correct (the only really old build i played was the level editor), the bullets' range was all the way until the end of the screen (which was obviously very op). If i'm wrong about anything, which i probably am. Then feel free to correct me

The ghost kills grampa because grampa used to have a bigger role in levels as seen in the eggplant build, he would appear as an obstacle in wasteyard and you had to kill him using the ghost to pass.

2:35 its because it reuses the shotgun code from the old sage 2019 demo i think In that demo, you could get shotguns from stores found throughout the levels, and inorder to shoot you had to press up THEN grab. You could still grab with a shotgun, and the shotgun used to shoot the 3 way bullet thingy They probably left the old code in because they thought no one would be able to trigger it anyway, but idk why it only gets triggered when you use the transformation mod

well you see, grandpa was actually an used enemy in older builds (in levels like Wasteyard) often being as a blocking object, so the player would need a knight/ghost transformation to get rid of them. 🤓
