Today I visited a Water Treatment Plant and they didn't like the camera for some reason,
The man that came out and spoke to me was very rude and very stroppy.

These tanks are not "high pressure tanks" as assumed incorrectly by the man videoing, they are storage tanks . The raw materials are used to produce water treatment products. The fans are cooling fans . The "steam" seen is not strictly steam as not at same temperature, but is water vapour. As with a lot of chemical processes where products are manufactured for use by everyone, some "unpleasant" chemicals are essential but was good to see the correct use of controls in place during loading and off loading .
