Thank you for your videos, they're AWESOME!. is there any way to convert STL file to NURB? without losing the details! I'm really having problems (crashing) when I just convert to NURB or SUB-D. is there any plugins or software that you recommend to use? BTW, I live in Michigan, Detroit Metro Area. I would lime to attend any classes for jewelry casting if there are any near by. thank you for your time again

you can conver stl to NURBS but it is not editable and file will be super big. I always build the subd from scratch and convert to NURBS without issue. I am in Detroit area too!!

people has different methods and preference. I often see people has big cross support on the bottom of ring shank. but also see a lot of small rod for very texture surface.
