I remember in the 1960’s and beginning of the 70’s when traveling to Ireland via Rosslare to Tipperary the Cravens stock, they stunk of beeswax, the wood panelling was heavily sealed, the milk white oval toilet windows were a nice feature of those vehicles as well, they were well valeted though

Thanks for the interesting details! I remember the panelling but don’t recall the beeswax, but that makes sense. I’d forgotten the oval toilet windows!
