xJester23 I guess I don't understand why it's stupid. I think more people should take the time to really weigh what they will "lose" or feel, versus what the person they're talking to will. Everyone seems to want to make a "stand" for what they believe and its just unnecessary some times. If some one is telling me the identify as this or that, I can say "ok" and walk away. There's not always a need to argue or push back. That goes for both sides. Sometimes it's okay to be passive. That said, I think Taylor's polite, sorry i don't really agree with that, but you do you method would also be okay.

xJester23 Nope. I absolutely agree that people should stand for what they believe. What Filthy is saying (if I'm understanding him correctly), is that there are times where you can afford to let a disagreement go for the benefit of the other person. For example, if someone with a geneder identity issue comes to me and says "man I wish everyone can accept me for the woman I feel I am." I don't have to go into how I feel he is a guy and i don't believe he has any right. etc. I can just say "yeah. Shitty," and walk away. It's the same thing with politics or any other topic. You don't HAVE to fight or argue your side. In the end I only have to walk and accept that i let it go, but if I argue and berate them, they will take a larger loss than I would had I walked away. Same reason everyone avoids politics and religion at family gatherings. Sometimes its just polite to let it go.

I'm 30 pounds down in two months. 200 to 169. Trying to get to 155 and see what I look like. I want a six pack in 2 months. I have never been close to a six pack.

therealgoody I am 5'9'' I started dieting in the middle of May and it took a couple of weeks to really get going. But some weeks I would lose 4-5 pounds. I have a physical job and the for about a month I was eating 1000 calories a day. Now I am doing intermittent fasting so I will have my last meal around 6-8pm and won't eat anything until 12-3pm the next day. Right now I aim for 1500 calories a day. I have also been working out 4-6 days a week depending on if I have the time. Now I am losing about 1-2 pounds a week.

I like intermittent fasting alot because you eat all of your days calories in a smaller amount of time. Which allows you to get full. Eating smaller healthy meals all day just makes me hungry all the time.

Kevin André The hours I work make it pretty much impossible to eat a lot of meals every day. Everything I read says that after about 12 hours of fasting your body stops burning calories from food and starts burning calories from stored fats. You also get boosts of HGH that help with muscle growth and repair. And it also helps your insulin levels. This diet fits my lifestyle and is easier for me to stick to. If eating a lot of small meals all day is easier for you, then do that.

I'm so confused... Do these guys WANT the White Walkers to steam roll Westeros and kill everybody? The only way that doesn't happen is if at least SOME of the good guys get rewarded for doing good. And while yes, the good guys winning in the end fits most other story endings, it's going to be a bittersweet ending and we all know that. It's not going to be peaches and cream for every single character which the guys agreed on, but man do they make it seem like they want every person who maintains some sort of honor to die.

Kyle is wronng about the desalination problem. The problem before was the huge energy cost of boiling and recondensing water. However, now reverse osmosis technology is to the point where desalination is a very viable option. There are two problems that will always exist with desalination; there's plenty of fresh water around, at least in most of America, and whenever you desalinate seawater you are left with a very concentrated brine that most be taken care of. And this brine is not enviromentally friendly or inexpensive to properly dispose of.
