It’s probably linked to being online chronically; desensitizing and desocializing people to a point where they can’t even tell what’s a genuine confrontation or playful jab. Much less actually stand up throw hands. I’ll admit I fell into this for most of my life until recently. But since I’ve started training; it’s more and more obvious just how VASTLY unprepared people are for an actual fight or emergency.

Arent war games usually desinged to give the enemy "best case scenarios" whike giving themselves a disadvantage? I remember the u.s losing war games to russia, but looking at ukraine, russia wouldnt be a problem for the u.s.

From what I can find, that depends entirely on the scenario being trained for. It would make sense so everyone can learn how to handle novel situations, but it's not a specific requirement Though war games is a fancy way of saying "large military exercises"

Or has ukraine, a country with barely a military before this invasion holding back russia, all the while being kept on a leash by nato, by not allowing them to use western weapons to strike into russia for the entire war. @@Originalchili Not that i like russia, but they are clearly winning, despite Ukraine having western backing, western funding, western weapons, and western intelligence. How many times did mainstream media tell us Russia is "running out of fuel" ; "running our of ammunition" ; "running out of tanks" ; "running out of conscripts"... yet they are still continuing to push and gain more territory every single day. Meanwhile Ukraine's khursk offensive, which was a hail-marry to begin with, has been contained, and failed to achieve it's objective of taking the nuclear plant and failed to achieve it's objective of forcing russia to enough divert troops from the Donbass front to stop/slow the russian advances there..
