Honestly at face value it sounds good charging him as an adult. He is 14 tho I didn’t really grow up till I was like 22. I’m 24 now and still learning. I’ve done drugs since I was 14 like oxy and Xanax, I’ve done everything and been to rehab twice. My second trip to rehab it hit me that I will not life forever, nobody lives forever. I thought Jeff bezos would invent immortality by the time I was an old man. One day it hit me I will have to face my maker and it terrified me. For like a year I was scared of the end. I learned to just accept it and it made me a lot less reckless. My actions have consequences and at 14 I didn’t understand that fully. I knew right from wrong, I had depression but that was my problem I never took it out on anyone but myself. I was bullied, I talked to my friends about it and had people who stood up to them for me. Like yeah some trailer kid is picking on me for being emo, but the damn field goal kicker or someone on the baseball team is gonna vouch for me. Hell I stood up for myself, I was like Bobby hill I’d make the bully laugh and we’d be friends. He needs an extended trail to allow him to mature and see if he genuinely shows regret in his actions.

At one point I asked how to buy a gun online and he said it’s like Amazon it ships to your door (not true for the most part) at one point he literally asked me “are you okay with school shootings” I just shook my head and was like no…nobody is that’s not we are discussing. @supershot9729 putting a 14 year old in jail for decades and probably solitary confinement too seems cruel in a way. At least iffy. I don't know if I can blame someone that young for their own actions. Like if a 13 year old or 12 year old did it would you view it the same way? Why even put them in prison at that point? Just do a 177th week @bortion if it's over for them. What purpose does a jail serve here other than as just "the thing we do." I'm not exactly convinced one way or another, I just don't think it's a shoe-in. Kids are not the same person when they grow up, and this probably goes deeper than him just deciding to do it randomly because he's evil.

0:27 woody stealing a T shirt at 14 years old isn’t the same as murdering students.

Honestly the way this audience reacts to woody is way overblown. Anyone with average intelligence wouldn't necessarily agree with his side on anything, but would understand why he draws the conclusions he does. Dude literally just doesn't agree with yall sometimes and is considered short sided and dumb. Ridiculous *Short sighted, yea I'm dumb too. Fuck it.
