So cool to see your reaction to them, I also have the same opinion were I prefer the gloss on them and the paint could’ve been added to the back as well but overall for a simple video game collab it does the job. The only complaint I’ve heard from pkxd fans is that there are a lot of characters that weren’t included however since it did quite well it’s possible they make a series 2 someday similar to how the Disney got 2 series

I am soooo dissapointed with the matted paint job. The majical almost flawless shine of the figures to touch and view is really what makes them so satisfying. You have just started opening the packages so fingers crossed you will not find a box full of this style. Sorry to sound like Debbie the Downer, loved the sticker amounts but their colors seem much more muted then I'm used to. You've finished the opening and I'm mistaken about the stickers but more dissapointed by the new series. Is this the only release with the added matte paint I don't recall seeing it before. With all my grumbling it still was great opening thanks so much for sharing 😊

😎🙏 thank you! And yeah they have just started doing the matte paint style. The recent chocolate Harry potter series had that too. Unfortunate, I'm not the biggest fan either, but hey, I'll take what I can get if they just keep giving us new gogo series lol
