I think the problem was started after Cavani signed for us. Not saying that Cavani is the reason but the signing was. Martial lose his confidence after losing no. 9 spot. It's only his to blame since he can't bear any competition for the spot but I think that's the problem. Rashford and Martial competing for LW spot and playing against each other since then. Things got worse after CR signing and seals the no. 9 spot. That's why Martial leaving in January.
