As of now there is no definite date given by GMC regarding the implementation of UKMLA. If you are planning for PLAB exam you can continue with current material. I would suggest online "Plabable" subscription

As of now the study material is same as for PLAB but with time they are definitely going to change it as the UK graduates will have to appear in it as well

I would rather suggest you to take MTI route if you have already done FCPS. Because PLAB/UKMLA route is quite expensive and long as it may take you 1-1.5 years to get GMC through it.
