Yep they all say the same thing.. Adjust the frequency like a radio,etc,etc.. BUT they don't tell you HOW.... So how do you kno if the frequency is at the right setting???????????????????????????????????

so once you start, you'll understand the vagueness. so imagine sound is a frequency, light and color are also frequencies on that same spectrum- now imagine your thoughtforms/words/thoughts, the inner monologue is a type of sound but it's frequency doesn't echo into the 3rd dimension. now imagine the comparison of your body being an antenna and you tuning the radio station by attuning your body into certain positions. so the position of your hands, spine, and thoughts are the most important. next experiment and take mental notes of how each meditation in each position makes you feel: each color, a location of the body- each finger, a unique organ- each chakra, a reality-. it is a long learning process and requires documentation of your dreams after the meditations too. everyone's body is unique so explaining further is kind of... difficult.
